docs: match the wiki to the current Updater - The app is a sidebar (Firmware, Configure, Settings), not a wizard; User Guide follows the real Choose Devices / Choose a Version / Update Firmware flow, stages, badges and run controls. - v3 devices are supported; v2 and v3 can't be flashed together. - Windows builds are signed; download links point at real assets. - Roles: the phone connects only to the PRIMARY; the role is sent with SET_ROLE, not written as settings.json. - Therapy Profiles: Gentle and Custom rows, the real Configure page and its Custom fields.
