Start here - FreeCAD v4.0.119

1. Download FreeCAD-PDF-Importer-Setup_v4.0.119.exe below. Close FreeCAD, run Setup normally without administrator rights, then restart FreeCAD.
2. Select the PDF Vector Importer workbench and Import PDF Vector.... Choose your PDF and start with one page using the defaults.
3. Compare the result and one known dimension with the PDF, then Save As a new .FCStd file.
