can't get token_secret

Describe the Bug

When I create the key I get an exception

Steps to Reproduce

1. Fill in the key name
2. save
3. An error occurred
4. Only token_id can be obtained, token_secret cannot be obtained

Expected Behaviour

Create a key successfully
