Beta.13 changes and laptop continuation
Delivered in PR #273: Administration Integration tabs, MCP credential policy ceilings with preview/confirm and audit, Operations AI investigations and Prompts, authorized incident/request/change/task context, pinned guidance, explicit Netclaw Send and global investigation search. Also includes scoped IT support ticket access, compact branded sign-in and PostgreSQL fixture cleanup.
Local laptop download, retest and resume instructions
Issue reconciliation and remaining acceptance
Keep beta.12 evidence unchanged and initialize fresh beta.13 receipts against the manifest source. Publication does not establish owner deployment or a completed live campaign. Native investigations require PostgreSQL. The stable latest channel is unchanged.
RatelDesk 0.1.2-beta.12
Repairs the oversized HTTP MCP upload failure found in the beta.11 laptop campaign and supplies the beta.12 acceptance tooling and instructions.
Changes
- Preserve the structured HTTP 413 for the reported 30,000,001-byte Content-Length boundary when a client finishes uploading before reading, through both MCP route aliases and the Web gateway.
- Consume at most the decoded limit plus one byte for this rejection path, using a pooled discard buffer. Retain tighter configured limits, finite framing budgets, cancellation, and immediate Expect/Continue or beyond-wire rejection.
- Add real-socket regression coverage through an outer reverse proxy and focused body-rejection tests.
- Add explicit prerequisites for the 59 operations left unpassed by beta.11, a fixed twelve-lane fixture map, independent Web/MCP configuration evidence, and a read-only domain/history mapping planner.
- Preserve failed transport captures when Content-Type is missing or malformed.
Local laptop campaign
Follow the versioned beta.12 laptop guide after the owner deploys the exact published release identities. The fixed contract remains 37 tools, 390 operations, 103 domain cases, 86 historical obligations and nine cleanup assertions. Catalog revision 2026-10-25.beta11-contracts-v25 is intentional because tool schemas did not change.
The prior beta.11 evidence remains NOT_READY. Fresh deployed acceptance is tracked in #219. Source and distribution validation do not supply live campaign passes.

RatelDesk 0.1.2-beta.11
Completes the beta.10 transport and inbound-rule lifecycle repairs and supplies
an executable, current-release laptop acceptance gate.
Product changes
- HTTP MCP and the public Web gateway enforce the same decoded JSON request
body limit for Content-Length and chunked uploads on/mcpand/mcp/.
The default remains 30,000,000 bytes. Oversized requests receive a structured
HTTP 413; framing has a separate finite budget. Tighter configured limits
remain effective. Buffered requests have bounded memory, disk and concurrency
use. Existing duplicate-argument validation remains in place (#266). - Administrator inbound email rules support selected-rule deletion through
DELETE /api/v1/inbound-email-rules/{ruleId}and the confirmed MCP operation
helpdesk_email_settings.delete_rule. Processing history remains available,
and existing owner/ordinary authorization boundaries apply (#267). - The catalog contains 37 tools and 390 operations at revision
2026-10-25.beta11-contracts-v25. All 389 previous operation identities are
retained;delete_ruleis the single addition.
Campaign execution
The laptop guide and
current validator bind evidence to
the published beta.11 source, manifest and catalog. They retain the 103 domain
cases, 86 historical obligations, nine cleanup assertions and post-functional
soak. Historical beta.8 through beta.10 receipts remain unchanged.
New tooling acquires selectors from fresh independently verified fixtures,
tests the real HTTP framing boundary, records prerequisites before mutation
lanes, and reconciles evidence as each lane completes. Direct mail and approval
replay require exact durable effect accounting. Only the documented volatile
SLA countdown fields can receive a bounded parity tolerance.
Paired provider and deployment
The accompanying NetRatel history repair is tracked by NetRatel #410.
Ordinary definition retirement must retain terminal run evidence for the paired
cleanup gate. Use the exact companion release recorded in the published handoff
and a fresh owned run to prove that behavior.
The owner deploys the published artifacts; the laptop campaign then verifies
identity and executes acceptance. A ready global mail sender, isolated delivery
recipient, current bounded NetRatel authority, online execution target and real
AI/provider fixtures are explicit preflight requirements. The full live verdict
remains tracked by #219.
Publication follows the existing hosted release workflow, immutable native and
deployment archives, checksums, manifest and three multi-architecture image
families. Delivery is tracked by
#268.
Companion release and validation
Use NetRatel 0.1.1-beta.48 for the terminal-history repair, and apply its shipped migration before the matching services. Previously physically deleted history cannot be reconstructed.
- Reviewed RatelDesk repair.
- Exact-source main validation.
- Live functional acceptance remains pending the deployed owner campaign. Fresh operation evidence, current authority and provider prerequisites, post-functional soak and cleanup are still required.

Beta.9 repair release
This prerelease includes all six reviewed campaign repairs:
- Expose the incident seen timestamp for independent readback (#250).
- Align owner unread counts with authorized visible notification rows (#251).
- Reject duplicate outer MCP arguments over HTTP and stdio, including streamed HTTP bodies, trailing-slash routes and bounded oversized-body handling (#255).
- Delete organizations safely when eligible archived mailbox configuration is present (#256).
- Avoid repeat notifications after a settled approval replay (#258).
- Reject direct administrator mail before queueing when no global sender is ready (#260).
Compatible dependency updates include #247, #149, #151, #152 and #237. #238 was superseded by #247, and #259 was a duplicate integration draft. JsonSchema.Net 9.4.1 (#239) is excluded because it fails 16 existing schema conformance cases; 7.4.0 is retained.
Setup cancellation output is preserved with Termina 0.17. The browser acceptance harness now checks the approval panel explicitly while retaining positive and negative consent assertions.
Validation and acceptance
The reviewed release PR is #261. The merged source is f60369832c553b8449d12b61c8bb024172736ebe, whose tree exactly matches the reviewed candidate.
- Final-source normal CI: 3,325 .NET cases passed, eight explicitly skipped, and 408 provider cases passed.
- Expanded candidate acceptance: all 25 jobs passed at candidate
3ec8bcbaf4f3140588bdacc5825396c790fd9271, including browser, mailbox, Docker, native archives on Linux x64/Linux ARM64/Windows x64, the full host lifecycle and the separate legacy initializer. - Release workflow produces the artifacts and multi-architecture images recorded above and verifies fresh anonymous image pulls.
Counts from separate validation lanes overlap and are not unique live campaign operations. Real-PTY setup evidence is Linux x64; the other native platform jobs verify archive runtime entrypoints.
Publication establishes availability of this immutable build. Deployment and the retained live campaign require their own exact-version checks and independent evidence; publication does not promote blocked or not-run live cases.
Existing shutdown limitation
The first release attempt reported an intermittent Termina shutdown/disposal exception during test teardown. The same unsynchronized cancellation-source lifetime exists in the prior Termina 0.16.4 dependency; relative incidence between versions is unmeasured. Nine fresh local executions of the unchanged affected test passed. The first failed attempt remains recorded; the linked release workflow shows the final gate result. External command/host cancellation remains a relevant upstream limitation, and this release does not claim to fix that race.
RatelDesk 0.1.2-beta.9
RatelDesk 0.1.2-beta.9 repairs the ten recorded beta.8 findings, including internal-note disclosure in signed public ticket views and approval startup failures after self-service/manual-task commits.

Source: 900621fc43ed1bf323a0aceb8927608e860d36c5. Release workflow; exact-main validation.
All seven public archives were downloaded anonymously and checksummed. The Linux x64 CLI/stdio apphosts were executed from those downloads; hosted runtime jobs passed on Linux x64, Linux ARM64 and Windows x64. All three image families were pulled anonymously by immutable digest, with amd64/arm64 source/version labels and SBOM/provenance checked. Stable latest digests remain unchanged.
Source validation: 3,296 .NET passed, zero failed, eight existing skips; receiver/provider acceptance 399 passed, zero failed or skipped; 21 offline HTTP MCP harness tests passed. The verification receipt retains 25 synthetic finding reproductions at the exact merged source.
Deployed beta.9 acceptance remains NOT_RUN. Sixteen operations still need real credentials, pairing, provider permissions, populated fixtures or instance isolation. Beta.8 remains NOT_READY (350 PASS, 16 FAIL, 16 NOT_RUN, seven fixed exclusions across 389 operations); its archive is unchanged. The handoff provides every finding retest and live prerequisite. Owner deployment and a fresh campaign are separate work.

Beta.8 owner operations and readiness fixes
The HTTP-MCP catalog now exposes 37 tools and 389 operations, adding 234 operations while retaining all 155 beta.7 operations. Coverage includes tickets, incidents, requests, changes, self-service forms, automation, AI, mail, support decisions, SLA policies, datasets, and tenant administration.
Owner administration uses an explicitly consented owner grant and rechecks current account and administrator authority. Ordinary integrations retain their existing scope. Typed action schemas, confirmation previews, bounded uploads, and secret redaction apply across the expanded surface.
This release also hardens AI retry/idempotency and interrupted-run recovery; concurrent request approvals and change lifecycle edits; dataset writes; and mail delivery status reporting. Change worklogs, replies, viewed markers, and requester assignment preserve unrelated lifecycle decisions.
The published artifacts have passed the required source and release gates. Fresh deployed beta.8 campaign acceptance remains pending; the campaign requires real operation results and independent readback, including the configured external providers and authentication modes.
