Folder/Filename Description
index.html All the application code, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, in a single file.
plugin/index.html The browsable HTML page that contains the HTML code, and the link to the CSS and the include to the JavaScript.
plugin/pluginName.js The JavaScript for the plugin. An example, actual filename could be liveCustomError.js.
plugin/pluginName.css The CSS for the plugin. An example, actual filename could be liveCustomError.css.
