OpenController 0.8.3

Some controllers copy another one's USB id, so OpenController can't tell them apart. A controller
that does can now be told which model it is, under Model on its Information page, and from then
on it shows with its own name and drawing. The Onikuma C1, which reports itself as a Switch Pro
Controller, is the first one listed.

Reporting a problem with a controller that has a gyro now also sends what the gyro does while
the report is open, so a gyro that doesn't aim can be looked into without the controller in hand.
Turn the controller around a bit before pressing Send. Settings carry over.
