• Workspace visual system rebuilt — the title bar grows taller on a card surface: the icon-only nav collapse moves to ≤1360px and at ≤760px the nav takes its own second row, so window controls and status stay reachable at every width. Every view opens with a page heading (title + one-line description, new trilingual strings) so page identity survives the collapsed bar. Typography lands a three-tier stack: headings prefer Bahnschrift, body text gains PingFang SC / Microsoft YaHei CJK fallbacks, mono is pinned to Cascadia Code. (#119)
• Dashboard grouped into headed sections — the card flow now reads under two semantic section headings (consumption sources / usage patterns), each with a description line; the 12-column grid classes move into the shared src/styles/workspace.css. (#119)
