Add today's high/low to header

Add today's high/low to header (v1.7.0)

• New show_today_minmax option (default: true) displays today's
  forecasted high (↑) and low (↓) below the current temperature,
  between the temperature value and the condition label
• Works in both entity mode and location/Open-Meteo mode
• Silently hidden when the integration does not include today
  in its daily forecast data
• Toggle available in the visual editor
