Spatial subset coverage does not cover the region, but the lat/lon limits only #75
Description
The mrcc5-cmip6 workflow, currently only subsets to specifically the chosen minimum and maximum lat/lon values. However, due to its curvilinear nature, this is not enough, and it should cover the region.
This will impact @mee067's work. A PR is to be submitted shortly.
