Containerise and upload to DAFNI fails

Describe the bug
It looks like the update to the NetworkX package causes the DAFNI upload to fail as it can't find the right version. See https://github.com/CITCOM-project/CausalTestingFramework/actions/runs/12139113183. @f-allian, please can you look into this when you get the chance?
