  • A Notes key on the view bar (2026-11-01, Reverse engineer, from issue 21). While there are notes for the agent, the key puts their pins away and brings them back. Only agents could do that before. The notes stay and the agent still reads them, and pinning or opening a note brings the pins back.
  • Small features stay visible on a large scan (2026-11-01, issue 47). What is drawn at a size of its own was sized to the whole scan: on a frame two metres across, the arrows on a cylinder being made were wider than the Ø32 bore they stood on, and a point was a ball 200 pixels across. These marks are now a fixed size on the screen at any zoom, so they leave the feature in view zoomed in and can be clicked zoomed out: the grips of the element being made, points, the thickness of lines and circles, centre dots, selection strokes, angle arcs and pinned readings. Cylinders, spheres, cones, tori and plane patches keep their true size. While you brush, the grips are put away, as they cannot be taken hold of then, and the ghost of the fit is drawn faint.
  • OBJ, ASCII STL and ASCII PLY files of any size open (2026-11-01). Above about 512 MB, a file of text came up as having no triangles, because a browser cannot hold that much text in one piece and says nothing when it cannot. They are now read a piece at a time. 3MF and STEP files that large still cannot be read, and now say that they are too large, in place of the false message.
