Automated CTAN package generation #22
Description
It would be nice if there was a makefile or something which, when run, would generate a qcircuit.zip file which could be uploaded to the CTAN package page. There are pretty standard rules for how uploads are to be formatted, so it should be fairly straightforward to automate.
