TKBEN v4.3.0 is a source-only minor release. Extract or clone the application folder and run start_on_windows.ps1 from the repository root on Windows; no installer, executable, Tauri, Electron, MSI, or other packaging layer is required.

Highlights:

• Canonicalize environment and structured configuration ownership, with fail-fast validation for invalid booleans, missing fields, and unknown settings blocks.
• Persist canonical custom tokenizer identity and tokenizer.json artifacts across service recreation and application restarts.
• Harden the Windows launcher: rebuild missing Angular production output, verify the frontend entry point, stop stale listeners deterministically, and capture redirected backend logs for actionable health failures.
• Retain the schema-3/report-5 benchmark reporting workflow, dashboard controls, and source-only folder distribution.

Validation:

• Backend compileall, Ruff, BasedPyright, 274 unit tests, OpenAPI smoke, Angular lint, 35 frontend unit tests, and production build passed.
• Live browser validation covered dataset upload and validation, tokenizer report generation, cross-benchmark execution, progress/completed states, dashboard customization, persistence after launcher restart, and API PDF export.
• Release screenshots remain populated current-UI captures in assets/figures/.
