pgsql-coding v0.1.0

First release of pgsql-coding: PostgreSQL coding standards for Claude Code and Cursor. It covers queries, json and jsonb, schema design, indexing, performance analysis and safe migrations. PostgreSQL 18 is the floor, and PostgreSQL 19 additions are flagged as hints.
