Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
No problem related. We just need a clearer contributing process.

Describe the solution you'd like
Inspired by vuejs/vue contributing guidelines we intend to do something similar. But issues can be opened rom github. We don't need an external app to do that.

Files to be updated:

  • README.md with new contributing guidelines link
  • CONTRIBUTING.md guidelines
  • PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md update. I think it's too much content and can be summarized in a few checkboxes.
