Overclock 0.2.3

Cherry Pick 0.3.1's bracket dialogs on the display, for Stash v0.31.1.

• The speaker in a bracket's header reads with sound on. Overclock paints a dialog's header icons yellow, and the speaker's yellow sat on the yellow of the button turned on. An icon on a header button now takes the button's ink and the height of the map size marks beside it.
• The close button of a Cherry Pick dialog ends the header bar, after the SYS.DLG readout. It had shared the bar's free space with the readout and stood in the middle of the bar.
• On a phone, Cherry Pick's dialogs drop the readout, which wrapped their titles onto two lines.
• While Cherry Pick asks before abandoning a bracket, the header is a hazard band, which hides the icon before a title. The speaker keeps its own icon there, and the close button sits on a black plate like the Irreversible readout. It had been grey on the yellow stripes.
• Tested beside Insights 2.12.1 and Performers Toolkit 0.17.1.

Tested on Stash v0.31.1. The attached zip is the same file the plugin source serves.
