bug in debug tooling: p2pkh inputs lockingbytecode not correct #213

Bug reported by Kiok about .fromP2PKH() usage not setting the correct input lockingbytecode in the debugging.
tx.inputs[x].lockingBytecode does not seem to work correctly for p2pkh inputs because placeholder_key_x.public_key are different for each p2pkh_placeholder_unlock, even when the privateKeysused in the overwrite are the same
