v0.4.0 - packaging
New: python scripts/doctor.py checks the whole privacy posture (corpus gitignored, guard wired, schema valid, cadence state) in one command with a single next step at the end. The kit now ships .github/workflows/validate.yml, so every fork gets the corpus-leak tripwire and schema validation as CI for free (your-life/.sensitive/ is refused unconditionally, private mode or not). The README shows the real weekly coherence report and a foundation sitting over the shipped fictional corpus. See UPGRADING.md to pull these into an existing fork.
v0.3.0 - onboarding v2
Progressive foundation: the first sitting is 15-20 minutes and ends with real drafts; the rest of the foundation spreads across week one, with resume state. New /adopt skill turns an existing body of notes (Obsidian, Notion, journals) into bounded first-corpus candidates, read-only over your source. Cadence coherence reports now persist to your-life/reviews/coherence/ with streak and delta trends, and the overdue nudge points at the latest one. Try it before telling the system anything: python scripts/coherence.py examples/sam-rivers. See CHANGELOG.md and UPGRADING.md to pull these into an existing fork.
v0.2.1 - runnable coherence checks
scripts/coherence.py: a stdlib-only, runnable report for the mechanical coherence checks in steering/coherence.md (orphan, starvation, capacity, staleness, revealed/aspirational drift) over your-life/ or examples/, with --today for reproducible runs. The contradiction check stays with persona review by design. See CHANGELOG.md.
v0.2.0 — schema, validator, and the full upgrade path
The kit's first post-launch release. Highlights: a documented artifact schema (templates/README.md) with a stdlib validator (scripts/validate.py); the missing aspirational.md template; machine-readable schemas/ shared with the hosted app; per-tier overdue nudges; a safe privacy-mode switcher; MIT LICENSE in-tree; module READMEs; a fully worked fictional example corpus covering every artifact type; and the CHANGELOG/UPGRADING flow for pulling structure updates into a fork. Breaking (see CHANGELOG 0.2.0): the id: frontmatter field is gone (the filename is the id) and goal's met_on: is now the uniform ended_on:.
