TableMax 0.1.0

Linux x86_64, built on Ubuntu 22.04: runs on Ubuntu 22.04 / Debian 12 and newer.

• Ubuntu / Debian: download the .deb, then sudo apt install ./TableMax_0.1.0_amd64.deb and run tablemax.
• Other distributions: download the .AppImage, chmod +x it and run it (needs FUSE 2, or APPIMAGE_EXTRACT_AND_RUN=1).
• Check the download: sha256sum -c SHA256SUMS --ignore-missing.

Windows and macOS builds are not available yet (#20, #21).
