The 2.0.1 tag pointed at pyprojects still versioned 2.0.0 (core/cli/api/profiles) and 0.1.0 (memory/sdd/studio), so the publish workflow built 2.0.0 and, with skip-existing, skipped the already-published version — nothing shipped as 2.0.1. Unify all seven packages at 2.0.1 so a re-tag actually builds and publishes the release. Inter-package deps are lower-bound (>=) and already accept 2.0.1.

fix(ci): restore PyPI token auth in publish workflow

Trusted-publishing (OIDC) was switched on in 3757f56 but no matching
publisher was ever configured on PyPI, so every release since failed with
invalid-publisher. Token auth (secrets.PYPI_API_TOKEN) is the method that
worked through v0.1.x. Drop the now-unused id-token: write permission.
