Renaming eth2-crawler to nodewatch-api #207
Description
Story
We should remove eth2 terminology and to adopt a naming convention that would make sense for this repo and what it goes.
Background
Eth2 used to be a term relating to Ethereum Proof of Stake, specifically the beacon chain. The term is now Ethereum Consensus.
Details
To standardize what this repo does, it would make sense to rename this repo to nodewatch-api
