The offline ink-map viewer now reports intermediate disagreement values correctly when you hover: a value of 0.71 previously appeared as 1.00. Regenerate existing viewer HTML files to use the fixed script. The displayed value is scaled within the view; it is not an ink probability or an accuracy score.
The Gate A reference now explains its existing blocked verdict on a Mac/CPU mismatch, replacement records and reverse-control edge checks. No model, weights or scoring behavior changed.

A fresh base wheel install, optional reader install, cached released-weight synthetic demo (96 letters, zero noise letters), installed-viewer Chromium hover checks and offline Starter controls passed. The synthetic demo verifies installation, not scroll accuracy. SHA256SUMS covers the wheel and portable HTML.
