Docs: optional "Listed on MCPwell" badge + listing check

[mcpwell]

Hi NextChat team,

NextChat is listed on MCPwell, an independent directory of MCP servers: https://mcpwell.com/servers/nextchat/
The page shows the transport, the declared credentials and the source links we pulled from the official MCP Registry and your repo. It was last checked on 2026-10-27.

Two things, both optional:

1. If anything on that page is wrong or out of date, reply here and I'll fix it.
2. If it's useful, there's a README badge that links to the listing and to a free read-only tester. The tester only sends initialize and tools/list:

Please feel free to close this if badges aren't your thing. Thanks for maintaining NextChat.
