docs: correct the licence to AGPL-3.0-or-later

client/package.json declared MIT while LICENSE is the AGPL, so the frontend
package advertised a licence the project does not use, and the README said
AGPL-3.0 without the or-later option.

- package.json (and the root entry in the lockfile, which npm mirrors from it,
  regenerated with npm install --package-lock-only) now declare
  AGPL-3.0-or-later.
- README states AGPL-3.0-or-later.

Dependency licence entries in the lockfile are untouched.
