Moved Snake Kung Fu techniques from martialarts_fictional.json to techniques.json.
Describe the solution
I moved the four techniques belonging to Snake Kung Fu back to techniques.json. All of the techniques belonging to Snake Kung Fu were previously removed and placed into martialarts_fictional.json. I believe this was because their ids were similar to the ids of Viper Kung Fu techniques (tec_snake_break vs tec_venom_snake_break).
