added a deluxe cheeseburger which demands all of the fixings of a burger as opposed to just 1 condiment and 1 vegetable like the normal cheeseburger demands

Content "Toasted foodstuffs"
Purpose of change
like food and playing CDDA so i figured why not put some more food items into CDDA, especially something as common as toast which has been missing until now. I also added some simple recipes based around toast such as buttered toast and toast with jelly on it which are common things to add on toast in the real world.
Describe the solution
Its toast, you just eat it like any other food. However at least from personal experience jelly, butter and other items commonly put on toast build up from my looting of cities so toast can use some of these items up in realistic ways
Describe alternatives you've considered
I could have just not added toast, but it taste pretty good so I didn't see a reason to not add it
Testing
As this was not a major change that interacted with very many things I just made sure that there were no errors with the items or broken recipes and that spelling was correct.
