Frozen berries were not being allowed as a cooking ingredient .

Describe the solution

This just adds the "EDIBLE_FROZEN" flag to all the small berries. This will allow them to be eaten frozen or used as a cooking ingredient.

Reasoning: small berries are edible when frozen. They also freeze into a loose mass so it is easy to pick out a small amount to eat or cook with.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Testing

Crafting ice cream and ice cream custard, with 30 frozen blueberries and 20 unfrozen.

Before: 20 blueberries are available as a crafting ingredient.

After: 50 blueberries are available as a crafting ingredient.
