Purpose of change
PR 6 of canteen base camp expansion version 2 (PR 1 is #51847).
This PR expands on PR 5 (#51901) by adding metal as a new construction material.

Same as #51901, adding metal as a building material.

Testing
Constructed the whole expansion out of metal, this time as the N expansion (skipping NW as that is the "base" version, so constructing it there wouldn't show if the rotation/mirroring of some pieces were missed).
