Changes

• Front (Caddy): XHTTP is now proxied to Xray over HTTP/1.1 instead of h2c, which fixes connections that stalled from time to time behind a CDN. gRPC still uses h2c. Existing fronts are re-provisioned automatically on the next sync; fronted inbounds briefly drop out of subscriptions while that runs.
• Front: new Caddy log level setting (WARN by default, ERROR to silence per-request warnings).
• Xray: new per-node idle timeout (connIdle, default 300 s; the config is unchanged at the default).
• Node setup: files uploaded to nodes get explicit permissions (systemd units 0644, secrets 0600) instead of world-writable 0666.
• Hysteria: choose which entries a node publishes in subscriptions: TLS and Hopping, only TLS, or only Hopping (#24).
