Adds two opt-in profiles for review, one-shot delegate, and steerable delegate:

  • devin-gemini-4-argon: Gemini 4 Argon through Devin CLI, using the exact gemini-4-argon-high model id.
  • codex-gpt-6.1-terra: GPT-6.1 Terra through Codex CLI with xhigh effort by default. Requires Codex CLI 0.159.0 or later; CODEX_EFFORT can override the effort.

Select either profile with -a. Existing user configurations are not merged with the shipped example; copy the profiles from config.example.json if needed.

Validation: 76 focused shell checks and all 56 orchestration tests passed with fake backends, including exact model and reasoning parameters through all execution paths. No live inference calls; the full offline harness was not rerun for this profile-only addition.
