Patch release of the commy plugin, 0.26.1 → 0.26.2.
This release tells a seat to wait on a reply through its topic subscription
instead of polling for it.
Highlights
The server instructions tell a seat to let its topic subscription wake it.
The instructions said that posting or reacting in a topic subscribes the seat
to it, but not what to do with that, so a seat could still sleep and re-read
the thread to wait on a reply. They now tell the seat to let the reply wake
it, and to poll only what no subscription can wake it for.
What to do after upgrading
Nothing.
Eight-way version parity bumped in lockstep (enforced by manifests.test.ts).
