Support for phpunit/phpunit 11

PHPUnit has released a new major version. Codeception/codeception 5.1.0 supports it, for codeception/module-rest usage this package must also support the new version.

@Naktibalda Another question: why even it depend on phpunit in "require" section? If for future tests then it IMO should be in "require-dev" section...
