semantic analyis.

If you obtained this repository on its own without the main 'ofc' repository,
you should clone that from https://github.com/CodethinkLabs/ofc. The makefiles
and scripts in this repository are not useful on their own.

FACS46M.FOR is a modified version of the sample program found on page 46
of the "Fortran Automatic Coding System" manual for the IBM 704.
The M signifies that minor modifications were made to make it F77 compatible.
