It fixes the fact that the endscreen-module version proposed was deprecated and doesn't work anymore.

Maybe we could have some script that automatically update the .md files with the latest engine version for extensions. But this pull request fix the fact that the endscreen module version given by the doc was deprecated and doesn't work anymore.
I also added a mention to the fact that people can contribute by creating community modules and added those modules to
techio.yml
