• Clearer hints for two more OpenAI errors.
  • A project without access to a model (403 ... does not have access to model) now says the account can't use that model, instead of saying your credentials were rejected.
  • "Request too large ... tokens per min" now says the request is bigger than the account's per-minute token limit, so retrying won't help.
