Current info on installing the devcade computer and general deployment is outdated and inaccurate.
This should be brought up to date with current practices and setup. An automatic setup method should also be redone.

Additionally, we should include in deployment instructions not only deploying a new devcade in an existing environment but also deploying from scratch to include server infrastructure, databases, websites, etc.
