ACT Web Socket Support

Refactored

• Added an Connection Manager allowing different connection clients to work with MeterWay
• IINACT IPC client got more robust and more safe
• Web Socket client got added and allows connection with ACT or IINACT

Fixed

• Overlays configuration not getting removed

Know issues

• Summoners and Scholars pets damage/heal is ignored because they have different obj IDs
• MeterWay threads need to implement more safety measures for now its working but needs to be refactored
• Font changes are not persistent, currently investigating the causes
