⚠️ Upgrade notes

1. GitHub login must use the GitHub App's own client (managed pair).
Set NUXT_OAUTH_GITHUB_CLIENT_ID / NUXT_OAUTH_GITHUB_CLIENT_SECRET to the same values as NUXT_GITHUB_CLIENT_ID / NUXT_GITHUB_CLIENT_SECRET, not to a separate OAuth App. Add https://<your-host>/api/auth/oauth/github to the App's callback URLs and grant it "Email addresses: read". With a separate OAuth App, GitHub rejects the installation ownership check with a 403, so installing or configuring the App fails for GitHub-signed-in users. Boot now logs a warning when the two client ids differ. After switching, users who signed in with GitHub must sign in once more: their stored tokens belong to the old OAuth App and are only replaced on a new login.

2. The AI credit quota now applies to the whole workspace.
Migration 027_ai_quota_workspace_wide replaces increment_agent_usage_if_allowed in place (same signature). Chat reservations used to sum only the calling member's usage, so every member of a workspace got the full ai.messages_per_month on their own. They now sum every member. Workspaces with several members reach the limit sooner; with overage off, chat returns 429 at the limit. Apply it before the new image serves (managed+postgres: the Railway pre-deploy runs it; plain PostgreSQL: pnpm db:migrate:pg; Supabase pair: supabase db push). It adds nothing and drops nothing, so rolling back the image alone is safe.

3. Turnstile (reminder from v0.4.0).
Forms and comments models with captcha: turnstile reject every submission while NUXT_TURNSTILE_SECRET_KEY is unset. Embeds also need NUXT_PUBLIC_TURNSTILE_SITE_KEY to render the widget.
