⚠️ Upgrade notes

1. Three migrations run before the new image serves: 036, 037, 038.
managed+postgres: the Railway pre-deploy runs them (expect "3 applied" in its log, then pnpm db:verify:pg); plain PostgreSQL: pnpm db:migrate:pg; Supabase pair: supabase db push. 036 widens media_assets.source with 'repo' (an asset read from the project's own repository); 037 adds migration_media_jobs and migration_media_items (service-role only, RLS on, no policies) with the claim/settle/finish functions; 038 adds migration_media_jobs.origin and the origin-fetch columns on items, and replaces 037's settle function. Nothing existing is dropped, so rolling back the image alone is safe (an open media job then waits until the image comes back).

2. Moving a migration's media into Studio needs the media stack.
No new environment variables. The import runs in the web process (server/plugins/migration-media-worker.ts, a 10 s tick with a lease), so there is no extra service. It needs R2 (NUXT_CDN_R2_*; without it the media card answers 503 media.storage_not_configured), the media.upload plan feature (Starter and up) and owner/admin. Rewritten media URLs are built from NUXT_PUBLIC_CDN_URL, falling back to NUXT_PUBLIC_SITE_URL: both must be the production host.

3. Migrate's offer copy follows this release.
Migrate keeps its STUDIO_MEDIA_IMPORT switch off until this release is live in production; turning it on is a Migrate change, not a Studio one.
