Minimum Unity version supported?

Unity 2020 is quite old, can we bump the minimum version to 2021.3? It does become tricky to officially support older versions. I'd rather not support 2021 as well but we should keep it for publishing to the app store (#6): https://assetstore.unity.com/publishing/release-updates

Any other thoughts?
