Random Failures when using Roo Code

It occasionally starts giving the error whenever using the tool with Roo Code for VSCode:

Error executing MCP tool:
MCP error -32000: Connection closed

The thing is, it is wired up correctly, because usually it does work. In the menu for the tool within unity, it says that it is connected. The only solution is to restart the tool.

@QuantumSpaceToaster what OS are you on? And Unity version? Does it happen often?

Any way you can find the MCP server logs with output? For e.g., with VS Code I can show the server logs to find issues:

FYI v4.1.1 and higher should have some fixes that improve how LLMs interact with MCP for Unity
