2.3

READ ME: For the upcoming TaiXiu 2.3 update, message.yml will be moved to the languages folder, and inventory.yml will be moved to the inventories folder. As a result, the old files will no longer be compatible with version 2.3. Please review the new files carefully, and avoid copying the old files into the new ones.

• Taixiu now supports PlayerPoints!
• New inventory, add "shortItem" to short specific values.
• Add /taixiuadmin setcurrency
• Optimize code.
