- Added `AnyCPU` and `x64` platform configurations to project files.
- Updated solution file to include `x64` platform configurations for Debug and Release modes.
- Refactored `UpdateProcessState` method in `ProcessMonitorService`:
  - Improved string handling with `StringComparison.OrdinalIgnoreCase`.
  - Optimized process retrieval logic to avoid unnecessary allocations.
  - Enhanced logging format for better readability.
- Replaced `Environment.Exit(0)` with `throw` in `ExecuteAsync` for better exception handling.
- Added `throw` in `ApplyKeyRepeatSettings` to propagate exceptions properly.
