Release v1.3.6

The introduction above the registration form ran flush against the edges of the card, with plain bullets and default link colors, so it looked out of place next to the form below it.

Fixed

• The registration introduction has the same side margins as the header and the form, on wide and narrow screens.
• The highlights show as a check-marked list in a subtle panel, the links use the theme's primary color, and a divider separates the introduction from the form.
