Adds fast forward for observers: skip an observer to the tail of its event sequence without invoking it.

Added

  • Fast forward for observers: an observer can be moved to the tail of its event sequence, skipping every event it has not yet handled. Its failed partitions are discarded and the state it already built is kept.
  • A Fast forward action in the Workbench observers view.
  • FastForward on the .NET IReactors, IReducers and IProjections, and Observers.FastForward on the gRPC contract.
