ReadModelScenario<T>.ProcessAppendedEvents(IEnumerable<AppendedEvent>) folds appended events with their original EventContext. Projections and reducers see each event's real sequence number and occurred time, so decisions that compare revisions behave as they do against the event store. Events from several event sources are folded in sequence-number order with the same key resolution as ProcessEventsFor. (#5034)
