Generalize definition of ProcessProfile

Currently ceterms:ProcessProfile is defined as

Entity describing the type, nature, and other relevant information about a process related to a credential.

However, we use process profiles for many types of resource other than Credentials (e.g DataSets, Qualificationsframeworks).

Proposal:

Remove

Add

Definition: Entity describing the type, nature, and other relevant information about a process.
