Credential schema 1.1 and suite policy 2026-08-14 remain unchanged.

Suite policy

Challenge generation, scoring, response windows, and tier eligibility remain
unchanged from 0.5.7.

Public key changes

No signing key, discovery format, or verification-key rotation is included.

Compatibility

GET and HEAD serve the public IndexNow ownership-verification file at
/indexnow-key.txt as plain text. Website copy and challenge behavior remain
unchanged. Python 3.10 through 3.14, the eleven public MCP tools, and existing
API contracts remain compatible. Package, API, CLI, OpenAPI, and registry
versions advance together.

Known limitations

Passing results do not prove identity, substrate, or suitability for access.
Independent protocol, cryptographic, privacy, adversarial ML, accessibility,
and bilateral reviews remain pending. Rights-cleared held-out evaluation and
deployment-specific key, recovery, and deletion receipts are still required.
