RED Hot Tools 1.3.0+edgemodders.1

An Edgemodders build of RED Hot Tools by psiberx (MIT), for Cyberpunk 2077 2.31 with RED4ext.

Install: extract the zip into the game folder. It uses the same folders and file names as the official release, so it replaces an installed RED Hot Tools instead of adding a second copy. To go back, install the official release again.

What it fixes: hot reload could end the game, with no crash report, when it replaced an archive in a mod folder with both upper- and lowercase names. The game reported "Failed to load archive ..., error 1, try regenerating archives!". RED Hot Tools looked the archive up case-sensitively, while the game keeps the list case-insensitively, so the lookup could miss it and leave its file closed. This build finds the archive by its exact path. Offered upstream in psiberx#20.
