When small HTTP requests are sent to the python server, the output is not directly flushed to the container logs. This can be cumbersome for debugging.
Adding a python environment variable to prevent buffering (see https://docs.python.org/3/using/cmdline.html#envvar-PYTHONUNBUFFERED).
